Laurie has been involved in the beauty industry since 1979 having received her license from the prestigious Wilfred Academy of Cosmetology and Esthetics in Boston, MA.
After working in Boston and Cape Cod for a number of years Laurie learned that her interest and expertise lay in esthetics.
Returning to the CT industry in 1998, Laurie opened Ruby Slippers Day Spa in 2000. For the past 8 years Laurie has concentrated her efforts on non-invasive Anti-Aging treatments making Ruby Slippers Day Spa the local leader in advanced Anti-Aging Skin Care.

Clair Ostrander
Massage Therapist
Clair graduated at the top of her class from the esteemed Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in April of 2005. Clair is a gifted therapist educated in a variety of modalities including but not limited to, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal and Hot Stone. Clair is also a Reiki Energy Work practitioner. Clair’s intuitive approach enables her to cater to her clients specific massage needs. Clair has a large range of clients including the elderly, athletes, and clients with specific injuries.
Linda Gritz, LMT
Massage Therapist
Linda is a graduate of the Nationally recognized Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy. There Linda was educated in the modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Hot Stone. In addition she has been studying Energy Healing for over 10 years and is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Level II.
Linda is also an Intuitive Reader with over 10 years of experience. With her gifted ability she has helped many people with difficult challenges. She is able to provide clarity, guidance and insight concerning important life questions in a caring, calming and healing space. Using the Tarot Cards and her intuition she will help you to find answers to life’s most difficult questions.
Using Therapeutic Massage Techniques, Energy Work and her Intuitive abilities give Linda the ability to work with a large range of clients zoning in on their different needs.
