The Pilates Center of Milford and Shhh….are excited to be hosting a night of fun, laughs, thrills and good old female bonding!

Take a spin in one of our free trial Pole Classes, Test Glide one of our Pilates Reformer machines, or just enjoy a cocktail while browsing the local vendor’s retail. Pole and Reformer class space is limited so call 203-877-3350 to reserve your spot.
